MY GUARANTEE TO YOU

i want you to be thrilled with your purchase and feel good about owning original jewelry! therefore, i stand behind my work. i focus on putting out the best workmanship by using quality materials, but mistakes do happen and things can occasionally go wrong.  if for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry purchase, please email me within 15 days of receipt of your order and i’ll either repair or exchange your purchase, not including shipping charges.  since this is a small business i cannot do full refunds at this time.

REPAIRS

if your piece breaks at any time after the 15 day period, i am happy to make repairs for a small fee in addition to the cost of shipping the materials.

CUSTOM ORDERS

in addition to the items on our website, i am able to make custom designs with your own pendants/chains that might need updating.  simply let me know what you are looking for and i can create a custom design for you.  custom orders require extra time and materials and are made to your specific direction and requirements, therefore, any custom orders are non-refundable & non-returnable. however, if you need repairs made on your custom order, please email me and we can discuss the specifics!

SHIPPING

items usually ship within 5-7 business days from purchase.  if you need your piece by a certain date, please let me know and we will discuss a faster timeline.  please note that additional shipping costs will be incurred on rush orders.
